At certain times during the year No 4 Tactical holds supervised range practices at $12/hour per shooter.

All items must be picked up within 14 days of notice of receipt. If not, 40% restocking charge applies

If unable to pass background check on Special Order, then 40% restocking charge applies

Firearms Warranty

No 4 Tactical Warranty

USED, pre-owned, or reconditioned firearms purchased from No 4 Tactical ARE COVERED BY A 30 DAY WARRANTY. We will repair any used, pre-owned, or reconditioned firearm purchased from No 4 Tactical for mechanical and functional problems stemming from normal operation. This does not include damage caused by customer abuse or poor-quality ammunition. This warranty is not transferable.

NEW firearms purchased from No 4 Tactical are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If your new firearm purchased from No 4 Tactical needs warranty work within the first 30 days, bring back the firearm in its original box, with all consumer added accessories removed and No 4 Tactical will handle all shipping, postage and manufacturer correspondence. After 30 days customer responsible for returns to Manufacturer.

No 4 Tactical assumes no responsibility for product malfunction or for physical injury or property damage resulting in whole or in part from criminal or negligent use of the firearm, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modification, use of defective or improper hand loaded, reloaded or remanufactured ammunition, or customer abuse, neglect or misuse

We no longer perform Gunsmithing or Process Firearm Transfers

NYS has recently revised their guidance to Gun Dealers in regards to firearm transfers. The NY Safe Act states that dealers may not charge more than $10 for a required background check. As there is much more paperwork involved, many dealers added a few bucks for all the additional work and forms. NYS now says that the TOTAL transfer fee can not exceed $10. The time and forms required, makes this a money losing proposition as the last Pistol transfer I did, involved 70 minutes of paperwork, receiving the firearm and meeting with the transferee twice. We also have to print out all forms and keep them in hard copy form for 20 years. We also have to mail forms to the NYS Police within 10 days and if multiple handguns are sold at one time, another form has to be sent to the ATF & Sheriff
